System Administrator

We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and maintaining Outlook email systems, along with installing, configuring, and troubleshooting operating systems across a variety of devices. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company’s IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Microsoft Outlook profiles and ensure seamless integration with Exchange or Office 365 mail servers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Outlook, including connectivity, performance, and email synchronization problems.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/Linux/MacOS) on workstations and servers.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and updates to ensure systems are secure and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with end-users to troubleshoot and resolve OS and software-related issues.
• Provide technical support and guidance for employees on Outlook and OS-related queries.
• Maintain system backups and ensure data integrity and security.
• Document configurations, procedures, and resolutions to improve team efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a System Administrator, IT Support, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook configuration, troubleshooting, and administration.
• Expertise in OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting (Windows, Linux, or MacOS).
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
