Role & responsibilities

Manufacturing Industry Recruiter

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment:

    Manage the entire recruiting process from job requisition creation, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Specialized Sourcing:

    Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive candidates for hard-to-fill technical and skilled trade roles (e.g., CNC Machinists, Welders, Maintenance Technicians, Controls Engineers, Production Supervisors).
  • Talent Pipeline Development:

    Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and high-volume manufacturing positions.
  • Employer Branding:

    Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company and career opportunities at recruitment events, job fairs, and on social media platforms.
  • Metrics & Reporting:

    Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) like time-to-hire, source of hire, and quality of hire.
