Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client hiring requirements and job descriptions shared by the business team.
  
• Source suitable candidates through various platforms such as job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), referrals, and internal databases.
  
• Screen candidates based on job criteria and share suitable profiles with the client or internal hiring team.
  
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
  
• Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database.
  
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and candidates.
  
• Support the recruitment team in meeting hiring targets and deadlines.
  

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong interest in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
  
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline (HR, Business Administration, or related fields preferred).
