Job Description - Business Development Executive
Company Name: Hiring Roots Location: HSR Layout Sector 6 Job Role: Business Development Executive (BDE) - Fresher & Experienced (Inside Sales) Job Responsibilities: - Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, and social media outreach. - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. - Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions/services. - Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. - Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective strategies. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems. - Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities. Eligibility Criteria For Freshers - Any graduate (BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, BA, etc.) with excellent communication skills. - Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn. For Experienced Candidates (Inside Sales) - 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or business development. - Proven track record of meeting sales targets. - Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes. - Ability to handle client objections and close deals effectively. Skills Required - Excellent verbal and written communication (English + regional language preferred).
