Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist, located in Tiruppur. We are seeking a dynamic and driven Human Resources Specialist with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing team in Tiruppur.. The specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, administering employee benefits, overseeing personnel management, and ensuring compliance with organizational HR standards. Daily tasks will include recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and maintaining HR records. The specialist will also support management in HR functions and contribute to HR strategy development.
