Role Summary:

As a Sales Operations Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and mine leads across global markets (US, Singapore, Dubai, Australia, Europe)
• Perform outbound activities via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls
• Maintain and update the lead database/CRM with detailed status
• Re-engage and nurture older or inactive leads
• Prepare call scripts and email sequences as needed
• Track and report weekly lead performance and progress
• Support in setting up calls/meetings for the leadership team
• Collaborate with the marketing and pre-sales team to ensure alignment
• Continuously look for ways to improve outreach quality and conversion rates

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or inside sales (preferably in IT/SaaS/CRM industry)
• Excellent spoken and written English communication is

  a must

• Strong understanding of CRM and lead lifecycle

• Self-driven and proactive with strong ownership mindset

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc., is a plus

• Comfortable working in a startup environment and adapting to evolving goals
