Role Overview We are looking for a Sales Operations Lead based in India who will play a critical role in keeping our sales engine running smoothly. This is a hands-on role for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to execution. You will work closely with leadership and partners to ensure our sales process is structured, data-driven, and laser-focused on achieving revenue goals. Key Responsibilities Maintain CRM hygiene (currently Excel, with the expectation of helping us migrate to a CRM in the future). Gather, input, and organize sales data to ensure visibility and accuracy. Build and manage pipeline reports and dashboards to support decision-making. Coordinate with sales, marketing, product, and partner teams to align priorities. Track tasks and deadlines to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Support partner enablement by keeping data and processes streamlined. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and introduce automation. What Success Looks Like Error-free reporting and timely updates. Improved visibility and accuracy in the sales pipeline. Strong prioritization and task management across multiple stakeholders. Clear communication on progress and challenges, with honesty and transparency. Independence and reliability, high say/do commitment with minimal supervision. Ideal Candidate Based in India and available to overlap until at least 12:00 PM Pacific Time. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Strong execution skills—able to follow directions, ask clarifying questions, and deliver reliably. Comfortable working independently without daily prompting. Transparent communicator with a strong say-do ratio. Motivated to learn, grow, and expand skills with training and mentorship.
