Job Description

Own and manage Zoho CRM administration, configuration, and optimization

Build and manage sales dashboards, reports, and MIS (e.g., NowMaker reports) for leadership reviews
Partner with the sales head to provide data-driven insights for performance tracking and forecasting
Troubleshoot and resolve Zoho CRM issues, liaising with Zoho support when required
Implement and optimize CRM workflows, automations, and customizations based on evolving needs
Maintain data accuracy, compliance, and hygiene across CRM records
Train sales and account teams on CRM best practices to improve adoption
Support in evaluating and integrating Zoho CRM with other tools for better efficiency
Drive process improvements in sales operations for scalability and productivity
