Role Overview

HR Manager


Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition

  • Lead end-to-end hiring for technical trainers, sales teams, academic experts, and support staff.
  • Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent in robotics, coding, and AI education.
  • Manage campus hiring, walk-ins, and bulk recruitment drives.

2. Employee Onboarding & Lifecycle Management

  • Organize structured onboarding for new employees.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
  • Oversee exit formalities, full & final settlements, and asset recovery.

3. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Implement and manage HR policies, SOPs, and HRMS systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF/ESI, employment regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage attendance, leave policies, payroll inputs, and performance tracking.

4. Performance Management

  • Implement quarterly and annual appraisal processes.
  • Work closely with department heads to address performance gaps.
  • Encourage a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

5. Employee Engagement & Workplace Culture

  • Plan team-building activities, reward programs, and engagement initiatives.
  • Resolve employee grievances with empathy and professionalism.
  • Build a positive and motivating work culture aligned with the company’s mission.

6. Training & Development

  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate training for staff and trainers.
  • Support leadership with succession planning and talent development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, Indian labor laws, and HRMS tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling EdTech environment.
  • Experience in STEM/EdTech/Training sector is a strong advantage.
