About Us:

HR Recruiter


This is not your typical agency recruiting role — you’ll be working directly with department heads to build teams in operations, accounting, sales, compliance, and support roles. This role demands speed, precision, and the ability to multitask across company needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage

    end-to-end recruitment

    for internal roles across all business functions
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to

    understand job requirements

    and role expectations
  • Source candidates

    via job portals, social media (LinkedIn, Insta, etc.), internal references, and recruitment platforms
  • Conduct

    screening calls

    , schedule interviews, and manage candidate pipelines
  • Maintain

    accurate trackers and reporting

    of recruitment KPIs and progress
  • Build a

    talent pool

    for frequently hired or future roles
  • Coordinate

    offer roll-outs, salary negotiations

    , and

    joining formalities

  • Identify process improvements for faster and more efficient hiring
  • Handle

    onboarding planning

    in coordination with HR and Operations teams


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum

    2–3 years

    of recruitment experience (preferably in a

    multi-department

    ,

    fast-paced

    setup)
  • Strong understanding of

    domestic hiring trends

    , platforms, and candidate behavior
  • Hands-on experience with

    job portals

    (Naukri, Shine, Instahyre),

    LinkedIn

    , and

    ATS/CRM tools

  • Excellent communication (English & Hindi), interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to

    prioritize and multitask

    under tight deadlines


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience hiring for

    support roles

    such as back-office, finance, verifications, etc.
  • Background in

    in-house or startup recruitment

    (not purely agency-side)
  • Exposure to

    bulk hiring

    ,

    entry-level

    , and

    mid-senior roles

  • Familiarity with basic

    HR operations

    and

    onboarding compliance

Work Hours:

  • Afternoon Shift
