Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment life cycle for internal roles across different functions and business units.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, define role specifications, and create effective hiring strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
• Coordinate interviews, manage feedback loops, and facilitate smooth onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards for regular updates.
• Ensure hiring timelines and targets are met consistently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in

  HR/Corporate recruitment

  (end-to-end hiring within India).
• Strong ability to hire across various functions (tech, non-tech, operations, sales, etc.).
• Experience using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Flexible to work in

  night shifts (6 PM – 3 AM IST)
