Role Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to join our growing HR team. As a recruiter, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and onboarding top-tier talent across diverse functions. You’ll leverage platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing tools to build strong pipelines and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other job portals
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define sourcing strategies
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: job posting, candidate outreach, interviews, feedback, and offer rollouts
• Maintain and update ATS (Applicant Tracking System) with accurate candidate data and status
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical/managerial rounds
• Track recruitment metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio) and share insights
• Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies

What We’re Looking For

• Proven expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms
• Strong understanding of Boolean search, keyword optimization, and passive sourcing techniques
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under tight timelines
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for building high-performing teams

Experience Required:



Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
