In this role, you will be responsible for various aspects of HR management, including Recruitment & Staffing, Onboarding & Training, Employee Relations, Compliance, Performance Management, Record Keeping, and Workplace Culture. - Recruitment & Staffing: You will be attracting, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for open positions. - Onboarding & Training: Your role will involve integrating new hires into the company culture and providing ongoing development opportunities. - Employee Relations: You will be responsible for resolving workplace conflicts, handling disciplinary issues, and fostering positive relationships between employers and employees. - Compliance: Ensuring the organization adheres to labor laws, regulations, and company policies will be part of your duties. - Performance Management: You will conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support career growth. - Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, including personal data and employment history, will be essential. - Workplace Culture: Your contribution will involve promoting a positive and productive work environment and overall employee satisfaction.
