Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with department managers to understand job requirements and workforce needs.
Develop and post job descriptions on relevant platforms (job portals, social media, career sites, etc.).
Source potential candidates through various channels including online databases, social media networks, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Good organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
