Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Every 2nd & 4th Saturday – Work From Home)
Working Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with experience in Solar EPC, Power, Infrastructure, or Engineering domains. The recruiter will be responsible for closing mid to senior-level positions across technical and managerial roles within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for mid to higher-level positions across departments
• Close positions such as:
• Design Engineers (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil)
• Business Development Managers (BDM)
• Project Managers
• O&M Engineers
• Understand job requirements from hiring managers and align sourcing strategies accordingly
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and networking
• Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical & cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders
• Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and candidate onboarding
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring status updates
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment for Solar EPC / Power / Infrastructure / Engineering sectors
• Proven experience in mid-level to senior-level hiring
• Strong understanding of technical roles and project-based hiring
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Proficiency in job portals and professional networking platforms

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in Solar EPC or related engineering industries
• Strong closure capability and follow-up skills
• Immediate or short notice period preferred
