Human Resources Professional

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Create and manage employee training and development programs to improve skills and performance.
• Identify and recommend innovative methods to attract diverse talent; advise on talent pipelines and sustainability planning.
• Develop and maintain a competitive compensation and benefits program.
• Create and maintain a positive company culture aligned with the organizations mission and values.
• Conduct exit interviews, enable graceful exits, and report insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with managers to ensure staffing needs are met.
• Organize workplace events and activities for employees.
• Ensure adequate and accurate maintenance of employee data and records.
• Handle disciplinary issues and conflicts.
• Establish an inclusive workplace culture with continuous employee feedback.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of progressive HR management experience, including onboarding, recruiting, conflict management, and employee relations.
• Experience developing and implementing HR and recruitment policies and procedures.
• Strong recruiting skills with a track record of improving talent acquisition strategies.
• Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees.
• Strong organizational, critical-thinking, and communication (especially listening) skills.
• Attention to detail and good judgment.
• Knowledge of HRMS is a must.
• Experience working in remote and hybrid team environments.
