Job Title: Senior Sales Associate – B2B (International) Location: Gurgaon Department: Sales & Business Development Reports To: Head of Sales/ Sales Manager About Mobi Hub Mobi Hub is a fast-growing leader in the circular tech and events space, connecting businesses with sustainable, high-quality electronics and organizing impactful industry events. Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive with proven experience in chat-based B2B sales to join our international sales team. This role requires exceptional communication, lead-generation expertise, and the ability to work with global clients. If you thrive on results, think outside the box, we’d love to meet you. Key Responsibilities • Engage in B2B sales through chat, email, and other online channels targeting international markets. • Generate high-quality leads using LinkedIn and tools such as Lusha, Apollo, and ZoomInfo. • Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions. • Use Zoho CRM for pipeline management, client tracking, and sales reporting. • Negotiate pricing and terms effectively to close profitable deals. • Prepare and maintain accurate reports using Power BI, Excel, and Google Sheets. • Drive ticket sales for Mobi Hub events, ensuring maximum participation from target audiences. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. • Explore new sales opportunities and market trends to expand the business. • (Bonus) Work with the used electronics B2B sector to source and sell products globally. Requirements • 2+ years of proven sales experience in chat-based or online B2B environments. • Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal. • Strong lead generation skills, especially through LinkedIn and related tools. • Experience dealing with international clients and diverse cultures. • Prior experience using Zoho CRM for sales tracking. • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic Power BI reporting. • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals efficiently. • Creative and proactive approach – able to think outside the box. • Familiarity with Lusha, Apollo, ZoomInfo for prospecting. • (Preferred) Experience in the used electronics industry.
