Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Create and manage employee training and development programs to improve skills and performance. Identify and recommend innovative methods to attract diverse talent; advise on talent pipelines and sustainability planning. Develop and maintain a competitive compensation and benefits program. Create and maintain a positive company culture aligned with the organizations mission and values. Conduct exit interviews, enable graceful exits, and report insights to leadership. Collaborate with managers to ensure staffing needs are met. Organize workplace events and activities for employees. Ensure adequate and accurate maintenance of employee data and records. Handle disciplinary issues and conflicts. Establish an inclusive workplace culture with continuous employee feedback. Qualifications & Eligibility Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources or related field. 3 to 5 years of progressive HR management experience, including onboarding, recruiting, conflict management, and employee relations. Experience developing and implementing HR and recruitment policies and procedures. Strong recruiting skills with a track record of improving talent acquisition strategies. Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees. Strong organizational, critical-thinking, and communication (especially listening) skills. Attention to detail and good judgment. Knowledge of HRMS is a must. Experience working in remote and hybrid team environments.
