Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Professional with strong communication skills, sound HR knowledge, and a proactive approach. The ideal candidatewill play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and supporting the organization’s growth through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and exit formalities. 
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with organizational goals
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements 
• Support employee engagement initiatives to promote a healthy and positive work environment 
• Handle grievance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes with professionalism 
• Conduct performance reviews and assist department heads in talent management and succession planning
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
• Prepare HR reports, analytics, and dashboards for management review
• Foster transparent communication and act as a bridge between management and employees.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 
• Professional certifications (such as SHRM, PHR, or equivalent) will be an added advantage
