Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our international customer service team. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communicationskills, in-depth process knowledge, and a passion for delivering world-class customer experiences. As part of a global organization, you will be responsible for managing international client interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional, proactive, and empathetic engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat for international clients 
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints 
  • Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions while maintaining service quality standards 
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of issues and seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in CRM systems 
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance scores 
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service excellence 
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and market trends to provide informed support
  • Represent the company with professionalism, empathy, and integrity in every customer interaction


Key Skills & Competencies:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with international clients
  • Sound understanding of customer service principles and best practices
  • Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Zendesk platform,MS Office, and customer support platforms
  • Positive attitude, team spirit, and a commitment to continuous improvement


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business Administration, Communication, or related field preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in international customer service or client support roles
  • Experience working with global clients or in a BPO/IT-enabled service environment preferred
