Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Professional located in Brahmapur. The Human Resources Professional will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, overseeing personnel management, and ensuring effective HR management. Daily tasks will include maintaining employee records, handling HR-related queries, and supporting management in organizational development. Qualifications In-depth knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management Expertise in HR Policies and Employee Benefits Strong skills in Personnel Management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Previous experience in the banking sector is an advantage
