The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored telecommunications solutions. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. The Sales Associate will also work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with company goals. Qualifications Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills Experience in Sales, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management Knowledge of Telecommunications Solutions and Products like VoIP and Cloud Telephony services Proficiency in Negotiation and Contract Management Customer Service orientation and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field Prior experience in the telecommunications industry is beneficial
