Role Overview

HR Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

• Manage end-to-end employee onboarding: documentation, HRMS setup, and induction coordination
• Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS with high accuracy
• Handle offboarding processes, including exit documentation and full & final settlements
• Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, leaves, and compliance
• Support internal HR documentation, audits, and process compliance

Payroll & Razorpay Handling

• Collect and verify monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, and variable components
• Process payroll through Razorpay and manage payouts and reimbursements
• Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement and payroll compliance
• Oversee statutory deductions and ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, and other labor laws
• Coordinate with finance for payroll reconciliation and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations and payroll
• Proficient with HRMS tools (e.g., Keka, GreytHR, Zoho People) and Razorpay payroll or payout modules
• Solid understanding of payroll processes and statutory compliance
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take end-to-end ownership of tasks

• Experience in the real estate or real estate tech industry is preferred

• Immediate joiner or available within 7 days
