Human Resources Operations Specialist

As an HR Operations professional at Xangam, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and effective HR operations while contributing to a positive employee experience. You will be responsible for managing various HR administrative tasks, maintaining HRIS data integrity, assisting in policy development, and responding to employee inquiries. Additionally, you will coordinate training programs, support employee engagement initiatives, and generate HR reports for decision-making. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage HR administrative tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping. - Ensure HRIS data integrity and accuracy. - Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. - Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. - Coordinate training and development programs. - Support employee engagement initiatives and collect feedback. - Generate HR reports and analytics to facilitate decision-making. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role. - Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations. - Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. **Preferred Skills:** - Certification in HR is a plus. - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
