We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Operations Specialist to join our team and contribute to building an inspiring workplace where every employee feels valued from day one.

 

What You’ll Do

·      Lead a welcoming and seamless onboarding experience that helps new hires start strong.

·      Keep our employee records, HRMS, and documentation up-to-date—because accuracy matters.

·      Support payroll and benefits administration, ensuring our teammates’ needs are met efficiently.

·      Help implement HR policies that make our workplace fair, compliant, and transparent.

·      Craft and execute engaging employee initiatives that foster positivity, inclusion, and collaboration.

·      Partner with vendors to conduct thorough background checks, safeguarding our team and culture.

·      Be a trusted point of contact for HR operations queries, solving challenges with practical solutions.


What We’re Looking For


Degree MBA (HR or related) with 5-6 years of relevant HR operations experienc

·      Strong understanding of HR practices and the employee lifecycle.

·      Skilled with HRMS platforms and comfortable with MS Office tools.

·      Excellent communication skills paired with confidentiality and attention to detail.

·      A proactive multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

·      Knowledge of background verification processes is a plus.
