Human Resources Operations Specialist

Qualifications

. Bachelor’s degree required

· 1+ - 2 Years of Experience in HRO domain

· Strong written & verbal communication skills required

Accountabilities:-

· Good working knowledge under HRO – H2R domain

· Experience on managing transactions on different HR ERP’s (SAP , Workday similar tool is desirable)

· Ability to deliver high quality levels and self-audit work.

· Maintain the required SLAs with respect to TAT and Accuracy

· Handle Basic queries and able to respond to mails regarding Payroll Inputs

· Basic hygiene of following the Goals and achieving the same

· Ability to work with a diverse group of employees and individuals

· Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

· Ability to answer inquiries on own initiative by effective use of relevant written data and information

· Responds to all requests and communication in a timely manner.

Skills:-

· 1+ - 2 Years of Experience in HRO domain

· Strong written & verbal communication skills required

· Demonstrates proficient expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Exhibits consistent quality control in work

SHIFT: - Middle EAST

Shift Window: - General Shift (9:00am - 8:00pm)

Working days: - WFO- All 5days (expected at least for initial 4 months)

Work Schedule: - Sunday - Thursday

*Its a general shift thus NO "Office Transport" will be provided
