HR Operations Associate

What You’ll Do

• Maintain

  clean, consistent candidate and job data

  across Retool, Talvin, and job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, IIM Jobs, etc.).
• Perform regular

  data hygiene and cleanup

  , ensuring accuracy and completeness across systems.
• Support the TA team with

  job postings, renewals, and basic candidate coordination

  .
• Partner with recruiters to ensure all profiles, stages, and interview updates are correctly reflected.
• Assist with

  light reporting and documentation

  , helping streamline recurring TA operations.

What You Bring

• 3-6 years in

  HR Operations

  ,

  Recruiting Coordination

  Talent Acquisition support

• Excellent command of

  Google Sheets / Excel

  and comfort handling structured data.
• High attention to detail, follow-through, and operational discipline.
• Familiarity with tools like

  ATS systems

• Clear communication and a calm, dependable work style.

Bonus Points If You:

• Have managed multiple job boards or sourcing platforms.
• Enjoy creating order from complexity - documenting, improving, and organizing.
