You’ll ensure accuracy in candidate records, assist with job postings and renewals, and help streamline operational workflows within platforms like Retool, Talvin, and other internal tools . Core Responsibilities Daily Sourcing & Pipeline Building Conduct daily proactive sourcing via LinkedIn and other platforms. Run LinkedIn Automation, Fastrack flows, and other sourcing automations. Review and filter all job board applicants, ensuring a 24-hour SLA. Maintain strong, organized pipelines for urgent and recurring roles. Candidate Screening & Vetting Conduct initial profile vetting to ensure talent meets baseline requirements before moving to TA Specialists. Review 200–250 profiles daily across Retool and job boards. Strategic Market Mapping Build and maintain market maps for recurring roles such as AMCA, Crypto, FP&A, and more. Partner closely with TA Specialists to understand role needs and align sourcing strategies. Collaboration & Process Innovation Work with founders, engineering, and the TA team to introduce automation, improve sourcing workflows, and drive operational efficiency. Maintain data hygiene and tracking within ATS and sourcing systems. What We’re Looking For 2-5+ years of experience in sourcing or talent acquisition, ideally in high-volume or global environments. Strong ability to find and engage passive talent through creative and systematic sourcing approaches. Experience building scalable sourcing processes and using automation tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job board automations, etc.). Comfortable managing large volumes of profiles while maintaining quality standards. Data-driven decision-maker with experience tracking KPIs and optimizing based on insights. Experience sourcing finance & accounting roles is a plus but not required. Familiarity with ATS platforms, job boards, LinkedIn, and sourcing extensions.
