Job Description

HR Operations Executive

You’ll work closely with HR, payroll, and business teams to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage

    employee lifecycle operations

    (joining, onboarding, exits)
  • Maintain accurate

    employee records and HR documentation

  • Coordinate with payroll teams for attendance, inputs, and changes
  • Handle HR queries related to policies, leave, and employee data
  • Support compliance, audits, and statutory documentation
  • Track and update HR dashboards, MIS, and reports
  • Coordinate background verification and documentation checks
  • Ensure HR processes are followed consistently across teams

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of

    HR operations and processes

  • Experience handling

    employee data, records, and documentation

  • Familiarity with

    HRMS / payroll systems

  • Knowledge of basic labour laws and compliance requirements
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation tools
