Human Resources Operations Manager

The role available is focused on converting walk-ins into co-working seat/cabin rentals at a new branch which offers technology working and co-working spaces for rent. Your responsibilities include identifying and implementing improvements to enhance lead conversion, managing social media and calls to drive visitor growth, overseeing tech staff hiring, exit, and HR tasks, tracking productivity, attendance, and salary through tools, and supporting the hiring of Flutter developers when required. To excel in this role, you should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Operations, have experience in developing and implementing HR policies and management, exhibit expertise in Employee Relations, demonstrate strong organizational and leadership abilities, showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team, hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, preferably have experience in the software industry, and be proficient in HR software and tools.
