Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Jaipur. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Other day-to-day tasks include performance management, handling payroll, training and development, and maintaining employee records.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy development
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
• Skills in performance management, payroll handling, and training and development
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
• Previous experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus
