With an experienced in-house design, engineering, and construction team, Sky Volt develops cost-effective and energy-efficient PV solar plants of any scale. The company is a fast-growing rooftop and distributed solar EPC provider, with over 50 MW projects commissioned and 10 MW under execution across India. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Jaipur. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Other day-to-day tasks include performance management, handling payroll, training and development, and maintaining employee records. Qualifications Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy development Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements Skills in performance management, payroll handling, and training and development Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration Previous experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus
