Job Description

Job SummaryThe Human Resource (HR) Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management within our polychemical manufacturing facility. This pivotal role involves developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, managing talent acquisition and retention, ensuring strict compliance with all relevant labor laws and safety standards, and fostering a positive, productive, and safe workplace culture. Key Responsibilities

  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure strict adherence to all local, state, and federal labor laws, wage regulations, and Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) standards. Coordinate with the Safety Department to manage workers' compensation claims, accident investigations, and promote occupational health and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Oversee the entire recruitment process for both technical/specialized and general staff, from developing accurate job descriptions to conducting interviews and managing the hiring process. Facilitate comprehensive onboarding and orientation programs that integrate new hires into the company culture and safety protocols.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Serve as a link between management and employees, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues in a timely and professional manner. Foster a positive work environment through effective conflict resolution, employee engagement initiatives, and the promotion of company values.
  • Performance Management and Training: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems that drive high performance and align with business goals. Identify training needs, particularly for new technologies and safety procedures, and coordinate effective learning and development programs for all employees.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Manage and administer competitive compensation structures and benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans) by conducting regular market analysis and benchmarking.
  • Policy Development: Formulate, update, and recommend HR policies and procedures that ensure fairness and compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate and secure employee records and utilize HR Information Systems (HRIS) to streamline HR operations and provide data-driven support to management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
