Coordinate with the Safety Department to manage workers' compensation claims, accident investigations, and promote occupational health and risk mitigation strategies. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Oversee the entire recruitment process for both technical/specialized and general staff, from developing accurate job descriptions to conducting interviews and managing the hiring process. Facilitate comprehensive onboarding and orientation programs that integrate new hires into the company culture and safety protocols. Employee Relations and Engagement: Serve as a link between management and employees, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues in a timely and professional manner.
