Overview: Lead HR operations, manage recruitment, employee relations and act as relationship manager with partners and vendors. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment and onboarding. Develop HR policies, appraisal systems and employee engagement. Act as relationship manager with clients, partners and vendors. Lead HR team and coordinate cross-functional operations. Manage attendance, payroll coordination and HR documentation. Organize training and team-building activities; resolve grievances. Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Management or related field. 2–5 years HR/managerial experience (startup experience preferred).
