Job Description

Overview: Lead HR operations, manage recruitment, employee relations and act as relationship manager

with partners and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
  • Develop HR policies, appraisal systems and employee engagement.
  • Act as relationship manager with clients, partners and vendors.
  • Lead HR team and coordinate cross-functional operations.
  • Manage attendance, payroll coordination and HR documentation.
  • Organize training and team-building activities; resolve grievances.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Management or related field.
  • 2–5 years HR/managerial experience (startup experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,168.03 per month
