We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR functions in our Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both automated HR processes and hands-on manual HR operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to ensure compliance, employee engagement, and efficient HR management. The HR Manager will report directly to the Management and support business growth while fostering a positive and productive work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

 Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, performance appraisals, and employee engagement.

 Oversee compensation, benefits, statutory compliance (including overseas regulations), and employee relations.

 Drive automation of HR processes to improve efficiency while also handling manual HR tasks as needed.

 Prepare and present MIS reports, HR analytics, and other management reports.

 Implement and monitor HR policies and best practices aligned with organizational goals.

 Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and ensure data integrity.

 Collaborate with leadership on strategic HR initiatives and workforce planning.

 Travel once every quarter to project sites or other office locations as required.


Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

 7+ years of HR management experience, preferably in services industry.

 Experience in automating HR processes using HR software/tools while being comfortable executing manual HR tasks.

 Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, and exposure to overseas compliance requirements.

 Proven experience in preparing MIS reports and handling HR data.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate across teams.

 High integrity, discretion, and problem-solving mindset.
