Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Kalol. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Other daily tasks include developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing payroll and benefits administration, conducting training and development programs, and handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
