Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across departments including operations, marketing, sales, content, and support roles.
• Conduct onboarding, orientation, and ensure seamless integration of new hires.
• Handle employee relations, manage conflicts, and support a healthy, productive work environment.
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and provide accurate payroll inputs.
• Coordinate performance evaluations, feedback cycles, and development plans.
• Ensure HR processes follow legal and regulatory requirements.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities to strengthen culture and retention.
• Work with management on workforce planning and talent development.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources

   or a relevant HR field (mandatory)

• 1–3 years of HR experience

• Strong knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, onboarding & compliance
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage HR operations independently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive in decision making
