Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Chennai. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes. Day-to-day tasks include managing recruitment and selection processes, supporting employee development, running performance management processes, and ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management. Additionally, this role involves maintaining employee records, developing HR policies, and advising on company culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and selection processes
• Experience in Freight Forwarding
• Knowledge of employee development and performance management
• Understanding of legal compliance and HR policies
• Ability to maintain employee records accurately
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficiency with HR software and MS Office
• Experience in the supply chain or logistics industry is a plus
