Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Ankleshwar. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR-related functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training, policy implementation, and compliance. They will manage benefits administration, resolve employee relations issues, and ensure a supportive and productive workplace. The role will also involve developing HR strategies aligned with the hotel's objectives and fostering a positive organizational culture that promotes employee satisfaction, retention, and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding processes
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
• Experience in training, professional development, and fostering employee engagement
• Familiarity with labor laws, HR policies, and compliance measures
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in HR software and tools for managing administrative tasks and employee databases
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the hospitality industry will be an advantage
