Front Office Supervisor

You will be joining Lords Plaza, a newly built business hotel located at old N.H.8, just a short distance from the Railway Station. The hotel is meticulously designed to provide maximum comfort to guests, equipped with modern amenities like LCD TVs, direct dialing ISD/STD facility, central AC, and an impressive lobby. In addition, the hotel features a well-equipped business center, a multi-cuisine restaurant called "Blue Coriander," and a spacious banquet/conference hall. As a Front Office Supervisor based in Anklesvar, you will be responsible for supervising receptionist tasks, managing customer service interactions, coordinating reservations, and ensuring seamless communication among the front office team. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that guests enjoy a pleasant stay from check-in to check-out and promptly addressing any concerns that may arise. To excel in this role, you should possess strong supervisory skills, proficiency in receptionist duties and reservations management, excellent customer service abilities, and effective communication skills. Prior experience in hospitality or hotel management would be advantageous. The ability to efficiently and professionally handle multiple tasks is essential for success in this position. A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.,
