Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Supervisor located in Varanasi. The Front Office Supervisor will oversee front desk operations, manage a team of reception staff, and ensure exceptional customer service for all guests. Responsibilities include handling reservations, resolving customer inquiries and concerns, monitoring staff performance, and maintaining smooth day-to-day front office functions. Qualifications

Proficient Supervisory Skills to effectively manage and oversee front office staff operations
Experience in Receptionist Duties, including check-ins, check-outs, and managing front desk systems
Strong Customer Service skills to deliver exceptional guest experiences and address concerns promptly
Knowledge in handling Reservations and booking systems efficiently
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with guests and staff
Problem-solving abilities and a dedication to maintaining organizational standards
Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous
