You will collaborate with InfoSec and Legal teams to manage risk and regulatory compliance. Additionally, defining KPIs and success metrics for platform usage, engagement, and operational efficiency, monitoring analytics and user feedback to inform product enhancements, and advocating for an intuitive user experience are part of your responsibilities. Your qualifications should include 10+ years of experience in product management or ownership, with a strong focus on enterprise platforms like SharePoint Online, O365, and Viva Engage. Technical expertise in SharePoint Online, Microsoft O365 suite, and Viva Engage, Agile methodology, communication skills, and an analytical mindset are essential. Preferred skills include experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Teams, organizational change management, governance, compliance measures, and relevant certifications.
