Job Description

Role Overview: You must possess in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. Identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions by using a logical, systematic, and sequential methodology. Be open-minded towards inputs and views from team members and effectively lead, control, and motivate groups towards company objectives. Be self-directed, proactive, and seize every opportunity to meet internal and external customer needs and achieve customer satisfaction through auditing processes, implementing best practices and process improvements, and utilizing available frameworks and tools. Articulate goals and thoughts clearly and concisely to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors. Key Responsibilities: - Execute and manage large-scale data transformation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives. - Oversee the organization, validation, and maintenance of product data across multiple platforms. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data workflows and enhance overall data quality. - Ensure delivery of Client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including day-to-day service levels, customer experience, quality measures, and compliance measures. - Generate innovative ideas to increase productivity and quality. - Set and review organizational/productivity objectives in line with the commercial contract. Qualifications Required: - Basic: BE in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics with 8+ years of experience. - Preferred: Experience in handling Master Data Management, Product data management/enrichment projects in any of the following industry domains - MRO, Core Electrical & Electronics, Plumbing, HVAC, Power Tools, Consumer Electronics, Office Stationary, and PET products. Additional Company Details: The company seeks individuals with excellent communication skills (verbal, written, etc.), ability to work independently with minimal supervision as a self-starter, strong skills in reporting and presentation of key business information, experience in managing mid-size (10+) multi-site/multi-skilled teams, strong organizational skills, and excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.,
