Role Overview: As a Senior Process Manager, you will be required to utilize your in-depth functional knowledge to provide effective solutions to operational scenarios. Your role will involve identifying discrepancies and proposing optimal solutions using a logical, systematic, and sequential methodology. It is essential to be open-minded towards inputs from team members, lead, control, and motivate groups effectively towards company objectives. You should be self-directed, proactive, and strive to meet internal and external customer needs by auditing processes, implementing best practices, and utilizing frameworks and tools available. Clear articulation of goals and thoughts, both verbally and in writing, to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors will be crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Execute and manage large-scale data transformation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives. - Oversee the organization, validation, and maintenance of product data across multiple platforms. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data workflows and enhance overall data quality. - Ensure delivery of Client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including day-to-day service levels, customer experience, quality measures, and compliance measures. - Generate innovative ideas to increase productivity and quality. - Set and review organizational/productivity objectives in line with the commercial contract. Qualifications Required: - Basic qualification of BE in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics with 8+ years of experience. - Preferred experience in handling Master Data Management, Product data management/enrichment projects in industry domains such as MRO, Core Electrical & Electronics, Plumbing, HVAC, Power Tools, Consumer Electronics, Office Stationery, and PET products. Essential Skills: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as a self-starter. - Strong skills in reporting and presenting key business information. - Experience in managing mid-size (10+) multi-site/Multi-skilled teams. - Strong organizational skills and excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.,
