Senior Process Manager - PDM

Role Overview: As a Senior Process Manager, you will be required to utilize your in-depth functional knowledge to provide effective solutions to operational scenarios. Key Responsibilities: - Execute and manage large-scale data transformation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives. - Oversee the organization, validation, and maintenance of product data across multiple platforms. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data workflows and enhance overall data quality. - Ensure delivery of Client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including day-to-day service levels, customer experience, quality measures, and compliance measures. - Generate innovative ideas to increase productivity and quality. - Set and review organizational/productivity objectives in line with the commercial contract. Qualifications Required: - Basic qualification of BE in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics with 8+ years of experience. - Preferred experience in handling Master Data Management, Product data management/enrichment projects in industry domains such as MRO, Core Electrical & Electronics, Plumbing, HVAC, Power Tools, Consumer Electronics, Office Stationery, and PET products. Essential Skills: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as a self-starter. - Strong skills in reporting and presenting key business information. - Experience in managing mid-size (10+) multi-site/Multi-skilled teams. - Strong organizational skills and excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.,
