Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Process Manager, you will be required to possess in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. You must be able to identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions using a logical, systematic, and sequential methodology. Being open-minded towards inputs and views from team members is essential, as well as effectively leading, controlling, and motivating groups towards company objectives. It is crucial to be self-directed, proactive, and seize every opportunity to meet internal and external customer needs. Your role will involve auditing processes, implementing best practices and process improvements, and utilizing frameworks and tools to achieve customer satisfaction. Goals and thoughts must be clearly articulated and conveyed to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors. Key Responsibilities: - Execute and manage large-scale data transformation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives. - Oversee the organization, validation, and maintenance of product data across multiple platforms. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data workflows and enhance overall data quality. - Ensure delivery of Client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including day-to-day service levels, customer experience, quality measures, and compliance measures. - Generate innovative ideas to increase both productivity and quality. - Set and review organizational/productivity objectives in line with the commercial contract. Qualifications Required: - Basic qualification of BE in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics with 8+ years of experience. - Preferred experience in handling Master Data Management, Product data management/enrichment projects in industry domains such as MRO, Core Electrical & Electronics, Plumbing, HVAC, Power Tools, Consumer Electronics, Office Stationery, and PET products. Additional Information: The company values excellent communication skills (verbal, written, etc.), the ability to work independently as a self-starter, strong skills in reporting and presentation of key business information, experience in managing mid-size multi-site/multi-skilled teams, strong organizational skills, and excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.,
