Responsibilities Lead and manage branch operations including sales, distribution, logistics Drive milk sales targets and ensure availability across GT/HHP/Parlor channels Develop and strengthen the distributor & retail network Manage branch-level profitability, cost controls, and inventory Develop market intelligence and expansion of distribution network Ensure to collect/recover the sales realization and out standings Crates Management and timely distribution of Milk & Milk Products Effective control & minimize the leakages & damages Coordinate with CO teams on demand planning, pricing, schemes & market feedback Ensure adherence to all operational and regulatory compliance norms Ideal Candidate Profile: Graduate/PG with 8–12 years of experience in FMCG or Dairy sales & distribution Strong understanding of retail/GT channel dynamics Strong in analytics, reporting, and hands-on execution Geographical knowledge and ability to build strong sales channel network and DNE Must know local language (Telugu) and in the age group of 30-35 yrs
