Product Owner SharePoint Online and Viva Engage, AVP

As a Product Owner for SharePoint Online and Viva Engage at Deutsche Bank, your role as an Assistant Vice President in Pune, India involves driving the strategic vision, development, and execution of solutions for SharePoint Online, O365, and Viva Engage. You will be responsible for enhancing productivity, collaboration, and communication across the enterprise by delivering innovative and user-centric digital workplace solutions. Your key responsibilities include defining and leading the strategic roadmap for SharePoint Online, O365, and Viva Engage, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. You will own the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous improvement, collaborating with architecture and engineering teams to ensure alignment with technical standards and compliance frameworks. Stakeholder engagement is crucial in your role, where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure seamless adoption of solutions. You will act as the primary liaison between business units, engineering, and service operations, leading cross-functional meetings and workshops to gather requirements and feedback. Platform management is another key aspect of your role, where you will oversee configuration, integration, and optimization of SharePoint Online and Viva Engage, including migration from legacy platforms. You will drive adoption strategies, including training, communication, and change management. Ensuring compliance and security of data governance, eDiscovery, and audit requirements is essential. You will collaborate with InfoSec and Legal teams to manage risk and regulatory compliance. Additionally, defining KPIs and success metrics for platform usage, engagement, and operational efficiency, monitoring analytics and user feedback to inform product enhancements, and advocating for an intuitive user experience are part of your responsibilities. Your qualifications should include 10+ years of experience in product management or ownership, with a strong focus on enterprise platforms like SharePoint Online, O365, and Viva Engage. Technical expertise in SharePoint Online, Microsoft O365 suite, and Viva Engage, Agile methodology, communication skills, and an analytical mindset are essential. Preferred skills include experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Teams, organizational change management, governance, compliance measures, and relevant certifications.
