Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Kochi. The HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting the organization in building a strong and productive workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment and selection processes.
• Oversee employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
• Handle payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and performance management systems.
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
• Partner with leadership to address workforce planning and training needs.
• Maintain HR records, reports, and ensure data accuracy.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of proven HR management experience.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
