As an HR Manager at our manufacturing facility, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all human resource functions to ensure a productive and legally compliant work environment. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, focusing on blue-collar, technical, and plant staff. - Handling employee grievances and conflict resolution to maintain a harmonious workplace. - Ensuring adherence to labour laws and factory compliance regulations such as the Factory Act and Minimum Wages Act. - Developing and implementing effective HR policies related to discipline, safety, and code of conduct. - Overseeing the induction and onboarding process for new employees. - Organizing regular training and development programs to enhance workforce capability. - Preparing and presenting monthly HR MIS reports to senior management. - Leading and managing the Performance Appraisal Process, including setting up KRA/KPIs and feedback mechanisms. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial environment. - Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and industrial relations. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
